Mission:
Provide massage therapy, fitness, and nutrition and education programs reducing chronic pain and stress and diseases linked to stress.  Creating service delivery models to assist companies and individuals in accessing these services easily by offering companies on-site programs, offering services in our office(s), and mobile services.  Organizing a team with a passion for therapeutic work supporting them with marketing and business services which will enable them to create a career. 

  Lisa  Meloche (President and Massage Therapist) 
Specializes in Fibromyalgia, back pain, headaches, prenatal, hot stone and relaxation or pampering massages.  Her massage style ranges from light to very deep tissue.  After being diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, she found massage therapy very helpful and decided to become a massage therapist.  She attended the Michigan Institute of Myomassology and was certified in massage therapy in 1996.  She uses a medium to deep pressure for massage.  Prior to her massage therapy career, she worked in the corporate environment as an HR assistant, Marketing Coordinator, and Project Manager.  Because of this experience, she enjoys bringing massage therapy and stress reduction information into corporate environments.
